I agree to allow Georg Scharf GmbH, Donaustraße 58, 72336 Balingen (hereinafter named "Georg Scharf") to gather my personal data and to process and use it for substantiating, implementing and transacting my orders on the Internet portal www.scharf-gmbh.de.
Personal data on the one hand are inventory data (name, address, email address, date of birth, telephone and telefax number, user name, password ) and on the other hand usage data (IP address, user behaviour, ordered goods). In so far as I transact orders on the Internet portal, billing data (orders, delivery dates, invoices, billing data, bank details and credit card data) will be stored as personal data.
Billing data will only be stored for a period of six months after dispatch of the invoice. If, contrary to the payment request, objections are made within this period or same are not settled within this period despite request to pay, the billing data may be stored until the objections have been finally clarified or the request to pay has been fulfilled.
I agree to allow Georg Scharf to gather, process and employ my usage data also with the aid of cookies.
Cookies are not forms of identification, that the webserver sends to my browser and which my computer stores. Cookies serve. e.g. a personal welcome with my user name. I can contradict creation of such utilization profiles. I agree to allow Georg Scharf to pass my personal data to authorities and other third party who have to pass on this data for the purpose of dispatching the goods due to import/export regulations, duty regulations or other official provisions for goods that I order via the online portal.
I can revoke this declaration of consent at all times with future effect, e.g. by sending a declaration of consent
