Your order can be done easily in the following steps:
Choose the required group of goods (e.g. oils and sprays) from the product links.
Choose the desired product (e.g. all-purpose spray). Click the corresponding buttons to obtain details on the product or order immediately and add the product to your basket.
If you want to order more products, click on the "Continue shopping" button and continue as described in Step I and II. You can change or delete the quantity of the chosen product by clicking the + or − button.
When you have finished shopping, click the "Pay now" button.
Enter your customer data in the corresponding fields or register an online account if you are a new customer. Check the delivery and invoice address and change if necessary.
Choose the form of delivery and payment that you prefer. You can also enter a credit note number, if this is available.
On the last page you will see your address data, the ordered goods, their availability (green = available, red = currently not available), the chosen form of delivery, payment and the total amount with VAT. Click the "Change" button to change address data, ordered products, form of delivery and payment. Before checking out, you must accept the both the General Terms and Conditions of Trade and the Data Protection Conditions.
On completion of your order, we will send an email to the stipulated address confirming your order.
Alternatively, you can also order the desired products directly by completing the online order form (at bottom right under Service) by entering the corresponding catalogue numbers.
